How it Started
Louise was born in the late summer of 2010. A vacant storefront screamed in my ear for a Fromagerie and gourmet grocer. On Rt 28, the singular path into our beautiful Catskill Mountains, minutes away from the famed music and arts colony of Woodstock, Louise has grown.
