The grains are medium size of slate-grey color
with crunchy texture. The Sevruga Caviar has a distinguished
smooth and buttery flavor with a sweet ocean finish.
It is well known for its delicate buttery taste
with just a hint of sea salt. The grains are medium size,
tender and they melt in your mouth without any effort.
The large and glossy grains range in color from light gray to black.
And the flavor? Creamy, buttery, nutty with that fabulous,
famous burst of the sea.
Generously sized beads boast light nutty taste,
both smooth and robust. Vary from golden brown to dark color
with glossy and shiny appearance.
Its taste is quite similar to Sevruga and Osetra
but at the same time it is one of the most affordable caviar
because this fish starts carrying eggs already after 4 years.
It is often called the first-timers caviar for its bold and earthy flavor.
It has a delicate buttery taste.The grains are of similar size as Sevruga
and their color vary from light gray to chalky black.
The eggs of Black American Bowfin Caviar
can be brownish to jet black in color
and have a mildly tangy flavor.
Medium to large succulent eggs of bright red-orange
burst in your mouth which brings mild flavor of
fresh Salmon with slight tone of ocean salt.
The bold flavor of medium sized beads
that fills your mouth after a light pop is pretty strong
but never too fishy.
